👩‍💻 Hi! I’m Kalina Brzycki

I’m an IT support specialist with a strong background in information systems, cybersecurity, and hands-on tech troubleshooting for both individuals and small businesses.

I started HERTECH SOLUTIONS to help people feel less overwhelmed by technology and more confident using the tools that power their work and life — whether that’s email, Wi-Fi, backups, cybersecurity, or a slow laptop that needs some love.

🛠️ My Background

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems & Cybersecurity and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship in May 2025.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked in a variety of IT roles:

• IT Intern at a multi-location restaurant group — managed devices, servers, and network security for 100+ endpoints
• IT Technician at a car dealership — supported fast-paced, day-to-day IT needs
• IT Support Tech at a family-owned trucking company — handled firewalls, email systems, and website management
• Community Advisor at UW Oshkosh — supported hundreds of students while developing leadership and communication skills

Each role taught me how to explain technology clearly, solve problems efficiently, and treat people with patience and respect.
